Our stay was fairly nice, thoroughly enjoyed amazing and excellent breakfasts.
That was nicely decorated and cute hotel set in nice area, just next door to all the good restaurants, night life and the park, public transportation, restaurants and museums. The unit we got was spotless and compact with private bath overlooking the garden, a balcony, as example...

The staff were helpful. the room was new-fashioned and well-heated. - the nice seating area by the porch was a plus. - the balcony and private bath were great additions. - the location near the fish market and in the Bellavista district was worth staying in.

I had a wonderful stay at Bella 269 in Santiago. the private room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and even had a lovely balcony. the staff were friendly and the breakfast included in the stay was a great perk. the location of the hostel is ideal, providing quick access to the city center and the vibrant barrios of Bellavista and Lastarria where you can find great dining and nightlife options. It's a safe area to walk around during the evening and night, but it's always recommended to stay indoors past sunset in Bellavista to avoid petty theft. Cons: Almost perfect.

The location was absolutely amazing, with easy access to all the sights and delicious restaurants nearby. The view from the top floor room was breathtaking, especially with the vibrant purple flowers outside the window. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping us cool during the hot summer days. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even spoke English too. The included breakfast, delivered right to our room, was a nice touch. The wifi was excellent and the room had a balcony where we could relax. We loved the company of the two friendly cats roaming around. It was convenient that room cleaning was optional, allowing us to have privacy when we wanted it. The hostel's proximity to the metro and bus stop made exploring the city a breeze. Despite the initial odd smell, the staff's kindness and the complimentary cookies and beverages made up for it. The laundry service was reasonably priced, and the private bathroom was luxurious. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again.

We got great value for our money at Bella 269. The room was clean and cozy, and the hotel had a nice courtyard garden. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and popular attractions like the San Cristobel funicular and zoo. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
For breakfast selection, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of options.

The location of this hostel is just perfect. It's a short walk to the city center, close to cheap markets at Patronato street, and there's a supermarket nearby. You don't have to worry about finding good places to eat either, as there are plenty of restaurants in the Belles Artes area. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is decent.
The noise from nearby parties can be a bit loud at night.

The best hostel I have stayed in South America! the decor and layout were amazing, it felt like a boutique mansion. the staff made me feel like part of the family, offering help and suggestions to make the most of my Easter vacation. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the central nightlife area and the famous art museum. I loved the comfortable beds and the lockable drawers underneath, it kept my room tidy and secure.
There were a few minor issues. the wifi on the fifth floor was extremely bad, making it difficult to connect.

The hotel's location was a major advantage. It was situated near many bars and restaurants, with the Patio Bellavista only a short 5-10 minute walk away. I also enjoyed being in close proximity to the Museo de Bellas Artes and Cerro San Cristobal. the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist me. They even booked a skiing trip for me and provided valuable advice on places to go out. the room itself was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The breakfast was not to my liking. I prefer a more varied selection, but I think most people would find it satisfactory with options like cheese sandwich, muffin, and yogurt.

Our visit to Bella 269 with our children under 6 years old was a delight. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the lively Bella Artes Museum and a short stroll to the vibrant neighborhood of Bellavista. The staff was warm and welcoming, treating us like part of the family from the moment we arrived. The homely atmosphere of the hostel made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay.
My wife says that it would have been great if there was a play area or a small playground for the children.
